Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Starbucks di Plaza Atrium Jakarta Pusat dan sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 32 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan uji korelasi, uji regresi, uji t, Uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi degan bantuan SPSS Ver.22. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (3,617 > 2,045) dan signifikansi 0.001, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (2,905 > 2,045) dan signifikansi 0.007, dan promosi jabatan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (3,872 > 2,045) dan signifikansi 0.001. Secara bersama-sama motivasi, kompensasi dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (26,154 > 2,714) dan signifikansi 0.000. Besar kontribusi motivasi, kompensasi dan promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah 70.9% dan sisanya 29.1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variable penelitian. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan, dan Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, and promotion for job satisfaction. The study population was all Starbucks employees at Plaza Atrium in Central Jakarta and at the same time a sample of 32 employees. Together motivation, compensation and job promotions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with F-count> F-table (26.154> 2.714) and significance of 0.000. The contribution of motivation, compensation and promotion to job satisfaction is 70.9% and the remaining 29.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research variable.
