Abstract

This paper aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of variable Budgeting Participation to the managerial performance which is direct y and indirectly through Job Relevant Information as a intervening variable. The data used in this paper is primary data from the questionnaires which distributed to 18 manufacturing companies specialize of printing in PuloGadung Jakarta Timur. The Sampling technic use purposive sampling. The data is from head division, supervisor and Manager as a respondent and obtained a sample of 85 questionnaires from 146 questionnaires distributed. To answer the research hypothesis using analysis path to test the direct and indirect of budgeting participation to the managerial performance after test tlze descriptive statistics, normality of data, test of quality data and test the quality of the classical assumptions using SPSS 18.00 The result of this study shows that the budgeting participation has a direct and indirect to the managerial performance through Job Relevant Information as an intervening variable which has an indirect effect through Job Relevant Information more bigger than direct effect. It means that Job relevant information in budgeting participation able to increase the managerial performance. Keywords: Budgeting Participation, Managerial Pe,formance and Job Relevant Information.
