Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of workload, incentives and leadership styles on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access North Jakarta. This research uses descriptive-quantitative method. The sample size is 50 respondents. In this statistic, the writer uses Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Data Analysis Test using Multiple Linear Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, T Test (Partial), F Test(Simultaneous). This study succeeded in proving that workload, incentives and leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with a value of r2 = 53.9% and Fcount 2.81 and a significant value of 0.00<0.05. Partially, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, while workload and incentives are not significant for employee performance.
