Abstract

ABSTRAKSI 6 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan nilai perusahaaan. Sampel diambil sebanyak 15 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2015-2018, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan uji t, Keputusan Investasi, Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan size berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan.Berdasarkan uji ANOVA (Uji F), Keputusan Investasi (PER) , Struktur Modal (DER) , Profitabilitas (NPM), dan Size berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa keempat variabel independen mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 39,5%, sedangkan 61,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian. Kata kunci : per,der,npm, Size, nilai perusahaan ======================================================================================= ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of company value. Samples were taken as many as 15 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2018, using a purposive sampling method Based on t-test known investment decision , capital structure , profitability and size that influence the company value significanly. Based on ANOVA test (F-test)) there are significant influences of investment decision (PER), capital structure (DER), profitability (NPM), and size on company value. The results of the coefficient of determination it can be concluded that the fifth of the independent variable affecting company value of 39,5%, while the rest 61,5% can be explained by other factors that is not incorporated into research.
