Abstract

Lean Construction is a way to handle projects by minimizing waste in resources and trying to produce the maximum possible value. The goal is to avoid excess material that is waste. The method used in this research is pareto diagram, function analysis, fast diagram, supply chain. Based on the analysis that has been done, the following results are obtained based on the results of the breakdown cost model using the law and the pareto chart there are work items that have a high cumulative percentage cost is the work of the main building structure, based on the results of the breakdown cost model by using the law and the pareto chart is obtained for reinforcement iron work on the work structure of the lt. basement (> 60% of the average of each project we analyze), based on the results of the breakdown cost model using the law and the pareto chart obtained for ready mix concrete work K-350 (> 24% on average from each project we analyze), based on the results of the breakdown cost model using the law and the pareto chart obtained for formwork work (> 8% on average from each project we analyze) Keywords: Multi-storey building, lean construction, pareto diagram, supply chain.
