Abstract
Risk management related urban renewal as one of the methods improved the vitality of the city region is still a major concern in many countries. The phenomenon of the implementation of urban renewal in various countries, especially with the pattern of public-private partnerships, risk management efforts a top priority. Urban renewal is an activity that requires a high cost but slow in the retwns (high cost and slow return on investment). This research was conducted with the risk assessment approach, scenario simulation intervention on net present value, and then the dynamic system. Describing urban renewal can be done with the PPP scheme, but need to pay attention to the emergence of major risks both from the perspective of both public and private. Based on the primary risk obtained through the approach of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and then based on the simulation of the net present value over the next 30 years gained the most optimal results is carried out urban renewal scenarios and risk assessment.
