Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is something that needs to be considered in the development of the culinary world. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, location and facilities on the satisfaction of Bakmi Golek Dewi Sartika. The research method used is causal association with quantitative analysis. Collecting data using a questionnaire and distributed to all consumers. Data processing is carried out with the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) version 25.0 program. The population is 1900 consumers and the sample is 95 respondents. The coefficient of multiple determination (adjusted R Square) is 66% and the remaining 34% is the contribution of other factors not examined. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that promotion, location and facilities affect the satisfaction of Bakmi Golek Dewi Sartika. Based on the ANOFA test with α = 5%, it also shows that promotion, location and facilities have a joint effect on customer satisfaction where the value of Fcount (58.913) is greater than Ftable (2.70).
