Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, training and leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Partner Pinasthika Rent. The method used is a survey research methods to conduct interviews and spreading questionaires to 55 employees the marketing office of PT Partner Pinasthika Rent, where the entire population is used on a sample. Based on this research the effect of compensation for employee performance in PT Partner Pinasthika Rent indicated by 1 count > t-table (8.904>2.006) so H1 accepted meaning compensation significant effect on employee performance. Effect of training on employee performance in PT Partner Pinasthika Rent indicated by 1 count > t-table (6364>2.006) so H2 received significant training significantly influence employee performance. Influence of leadership style on employee performance in PT Partner Pinasthika Rent indicated by 1 count > t-table (8.861>2.006) so Ha3 accepted meaning leadership style signifiant efffect on employee performance. Effect of compensation training and leadership style on employee performance in PT Partner Pinasthika Rent show by the result of testing the hypothesis that the calculation the calculated F-value = 47.747 is greater than the F-table = 2.786. it can be concluded that there is significant influence between compensation, training and leadership style the employee performance.
