Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors which has influenced entrepreneurship interest of the college students. Research variables consist of independent variables (motivation, creativity, and innovations) and dependent variables (entrepreneurship interest). This research is study case with the interactive-associative method. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling of 50 respondents from Economic students of University of Persada Indonesia Yayasan Administrasi Indonesia (UPI-Y.A.I.) in last semester who has taken Entrepreneurship subject. Collecting data is using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data is used quantitative analysis, including correlation analysis, determination analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (simultaneously), and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test (ANOVA). Data processing performed with SPSS 17.0 for windows was obtained r = 0,856 and r2 = 0,714 with a coefficient of determination of 71,4% and the remaining 28,6% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation was obtained Ŷ = 1,362 + 0,360 X1 + 0,377 X2 + 0,529 X3. Based on ANOVA test (F-test) there are significant influences of variable motivation, creativity and innovations together with entrepreneurship interest of Economic students of UPI-Y.A.I. The results of regression research model are truly proved and can be used for forecasting. Keywords:  motivation, creativity, inovations and entrepreneurship interest
