Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable motivation (X1), creativity (X2) and inovations (X3) on entrepreneurship interest (Y). The method used is the interactive-associative research. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling of 50 respondents from Economic students of University of Persada Indonesia Yayasan Administrasi Indonesia (UPI-Y.A.I) in last semester who has taken Entrepreneurship subject. Collecting data is using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data is used quantitative analysis, including correlation analysis, determination analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (simultaneously), and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test results from the study. The results of data processing performed with SPSS 17.0 for windows was obtained r = 0,856 and r2 = 0,714 with a coefficient of determination of 71,4% and the remaining 28,6% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation was obtained Ŷ = 1,362 + 0,360 X1 + 0,377 X2 + 0,529 X3. For the F test obtained F value is calculated at 41,861, greater than F-table (2.807) with α = 5%, so the conclusion reject Ho and Ha is accepted. It means there are significant influences of variable motivation (X1), creativity (X2) and innovation (X3) together on entrepreneurship interest (Y).
