Abstract

The objective of this research are to examine and analysis the influence of le adersh ip, job environment and job motivation with partially or simultaneous to organization commitment and Employee Performance of Sub District government in at South Sumatra Province. Research method was survey with using questionnaire was conduct validity and reliability test, from one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight population be stipulated thee hundred sixty respondent. Further testing and analysis using the approach of the Equation of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with software LISREL versi. eight point eighty. The result of this research suggest there is a positive and significant of leadershi p, job environment, job mot i vation, weather partially or simultaneously to organization commitment which has indicate by the value of the coefficients detem1ination the contribution of the influence pf direct and indirect R square is zero point fifty-five or fift y­ five perc en t . The three variables above lead ersh i p have influence bi ggest compared to other variable. Next the leade rs hip , job environment, job i11otivation and organization commitment either paiiia!ly or simultaneously influence to the employees perfonnance showed contribution deie1mination coefficient value R square is zero point eighty or eighty percent. The result biggest give influence contribution total when four variables joint is organization commitment to employees perfo1mance. The result of this research shows that organization commitment was able to mediate third variable strengthen the influence when be integrated to the employees perfom1ance of the Sub district Government in at South Sumatera Province .
