Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and work competence on the work productivity of PT. Amaan Indonesia Prosperous, Jakarta. This research uses causal comparative with primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data (documentation study, website and company social media). The research sampling technique used the saturated sample method, with a sample of 50 respondents. Quantitative data analysis methods are multiple correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression, determination, t test and f test. The results of the study obtained a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.878 which means it has a positive and strong correlation. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value (Adjusted R Square) of 0.756 which means 75.6% of Work Productivity can be explained by the variables of motivation, discipline and work compensation. The remaining 24.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test obtained that the value of tcount > ttable and the value of Fcount (51.610) > Ftable (2.80). So it can be concluded that motivation, discipline and work competence together have a significant influence on work productivity (Y).
